With the desaliQ and thermaliQ series for heating protection, Grünbeck Wasseraufbereitung offers a harmonised combination of quick and reliable filling water treatment and subsequent conditioning for corrosion protection and stabilisation of the pH value. Quick and reliable filling of heating systems. The mixed-bed cartridge desaliQ:MA is designed for easy handling and comes as portable or mobile unit. The larger model desaliQ:MA13 with a filling capacity of 1,300 l/h is dimensioned for larger, the desaliQ:MA9 with 900 l/h for smaller heating systems. An interior distribution system ensures a steady flow through the special mixed-bed resin. The system lock features a conductivity meter to easily check the remaining capacity.The used-up treatment resin is simply replaced by portioned resin supplied in buckets containing either two or four plastic bags. Thanks to the easy-to-use cliQ lock, the desaliQ:MA resin bags can be replaced within seconds and then disposed of with the domestic waste.Cleaning before and system protection after refillingThe dosing liquid thermaliQ safe is the second component. It protects the heating system from corrosion and stabilises the pH value. When using thermaliQ safe, a follow-up check of the pH value after 8 to 12 weeks can be omitted. An annual measurement and check of the system water is all it takes. This combined treatment along with filling the heating system with fully demineralised water meets the criteria for low-salt operation as per VDI 2035.ThermaliQ clean for the cleaning of existing systems completes Grünbecks range for heating protection. Dosed via the corresponding thermaliQ filling pump, it removes impurities and deposits over a period of 3 to 6 weeks and afterwards, the heating system can be drained, flushed and filled with treated demi water again, explains J.
