The plates are equipped with ultrasonic transducers and are flanged either to the lateral outside wall or on the underside of the bottom of the cleaning tank. They offer multiple fields of application with little space requirement.The ultrasonic transducers, exclusively produced in SinapTec's premises, are fixed on the plate by means of a specific process which guarantees high shock and temperature (up to 80°C) resistance.The ultrasonic plates are controlled by our ultrasonic generators of the NexTgen range. Combined with the NexTgen Advanced software, optimum traceability of the process and a periodical diagnosis of the plate are made possible.Standard frequencies 28 kHz, 40 kHz and 100 kHz. Other frequencies on request.
