The method of electrochemical metal machining is especially well-suited for precision deburring and the rounding of edges at precisely defined locations.
This technique also enables us to create contours in the workpiece surface.
The ECM deburring process is independent of the burr thickness and texture as well as the microstructure and alloy of the components and reliably deburrs cast and forged as well as hardened components. The burrs are electrolytically dissolved on the anodically connected workpiece.
