The vacuum-suctionblasting compactsystem MFT600 offers you through the manual application the maximum possible ?exibility in the processing of your workpieces. This is suitable for the treatment of smallest and small series where specialized systems may be uneconomical due to the small quantities. Anothe ?eld of use is research and development.
The application spectrum of this system ranges from roughening, tempering, deburring, matting, engraving, activating, smoothing to coating of surfaces with adhesion primers.
Blasting with the MFT600 is child's play and requires only a short brie?ng of your personnel. The ?exible processing of your workpieces trouble-free possible due to ten lance entrances and large viewing window. The vacuum blasting hood can be opened completely in order to place or positioning particularly large workpieces on the from the outside operated rotary table . For insertion and positioning of small workpieces, the additional ?ap with the viewing window can be opened easily and without much effort.
Due to the compact design and the assembly of all components on a mobile platform, it can be used mobile in closed rooms and can be positioned very space-saving. The negative pressure generator is accomodated in a closable container that is easily accessible from both sides, together with the containers for new and disposal blasting media. This construction allows a signi?cantly additional noise reduction by enclosing the negative pressure generator. The containers for the blasting media reservoir and disposal are adjusted accordingly, so that a simple reuse of the blasting agent is possible.
All common blasting media can be used e.g. glass breakage, glass beads, corundum, normal corundum, slag, nut shells, etc..
