HIGH PURITY.Next Chapter
Following a successful start at the 2023 event, we took a closer look at the topic once again at parts2clean 2025 – with more application examples on the exhibition floor and exciting presentations at the p2c.EXPERTFORUM.
High purity cleaning
An indispensable part of modern industrial processes
High purity cleaning is no longer just a trend, but an essential part of today's industry. The requirements for particulate, filmic and chemical purity are constantly increasing – at the same time, processes must remain validatable, reproducible and efficient.
As a reminder, not only did 70% of trade visitors to parts2clean 2023 vote in favour of continuing the highlight theme of ‘High Purity’, but a large proportion of our exhibitors also expressed this wish. We could not and did not want to ignore this, and we are complying with this request.

At parts2clean 2025, the focus was on industry-specific applications. This is because there are many industries for which high-purity cleaning, i.e., cleaning to a very high level of particulate cleanliness, in some cases down to the nanometer range, and extremely strict specifications regarding residual film contamination must be met, and in some cases hydrogen-induced outgassing (HIO) substances must also be taken into account. Cleaning solutions for such tasks are required, for example, in the semiconductor, optical, and optoelectronic industries, electronics, sensor technology, photonics, thin-film technology, vacuum, laser, and analysis technology, aerospace, defense technology, medical and pharmaceutical technology, and e-mobility.
Twenty-two exhibitors registered for the highlight topic and used parts2clean 2025 to showcase their products and solutions and provide information.
