Dr. Nicole Smits, Cleanliness Expert at ASML, will open the thematic block on High Purity with her keynote address "High purity cleanliness at ASML" on 27 September at 9:30 am. Further inspiring lectures and product presentations on the topic will follow until 1:20 pm. After their presentations, the speakers will certainly be available for further exchange in the Speakers Corner. A roadmap to all participating companies directly in the hall! Look out for the "colourful" carpet tile.
