The combination of ultrasound and pulsed vacuum is a proven method for cleaning complex components with capillary cavities, blind holes, etc. Bandelin has transferred the process into a compact system, which was previously only available in large systems.

The new Sonorex CNp 25-1 enables thorough cleaning of even hard-to-reach areas in complex structures. The vacuum effectively flushes the contaminants loosened by the ultrasound out of the cavities and brings unused cleaning solution to hard-to-reach areas. The maintenance-free system is particularly suitable for cleaning in precision mechanics, medical technology or process development as well as for small to medium cleaning volumes - with significantly lower costs and space requirements than previous solutions.
