In addition to the existing demagnetizing families, Bussi presents the newly developed electronic long-pulse demagnetizers. This innovative technology opens up additional applications for workpieces with complex geometries, already assembled components, large parts, large quantities and other demanding cases. The key features of the electronic long-pulse demagnetizers include the adjustment and settings of the electrical variables for an optimised demagnetization process as well as fully automatic and electronically monitored demagnetization and maximum performance with optimised consumption.

Other features include working time and temperature control, in-line adjustment and automation, remote control and troubleshooting, and data interfacing with I/O signals and/or Profinet via industrial Ethernet.
