Häseler Metall Technik GmbH (HMT) will present its integrated production line for components with high technical cleanliness requirements at parts2clean 2025.

The service portfolio covers the entire process from tool design and stamping to cleaning and residual contamination analysis. At the heart of the process is a 60-meter Power & Free cleaning system, where over 30,000 components are cleaned each year. The offering is complemented by inspections in accordance with VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232, as well as customer-specific adhesion tests. The company supplies customers in sectors such as e-mobility, sensor technology, hydraulics, and medical technology.
