Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the most frequently used processes - also for high-purity products. The Cavispector makes it possible to analyse the cleaning process. Many parameters play an important role in this process. These include the degassing of the medium, the influence of the cleaning agent, the flow rate during bath maintenance, the loading of the product, the product baskets, the ageing of the US transducers and much more.

The device accurately measures the influence of these parameters and allows a process window to be defined and monitored on the basis of the recorded data. During cleanliness testing, the measuring system can ensure comparable tests, as the ultrasonic devices can be set in a defined manner during extraction.
