SITA Messtechnik will be presenting its worldwide proven product portfolio for quality-assuring process management in parts cleaning: measuring devices and customised process solutions for monitoring and controlling parts cleanliness and cleaning baths. For the first time, an innovative imaging measuring device will be introduced that detects, visualises and quantifies contamination on parts surfaces in a full-area, fast and high-resolution manner. In addition, the company will focus on the new generation of the successful mobile hand-held device CleanoSpector. Practical innovations include a trigger button on the sensor for improved handling, a scan measurement function for faster data acquisition, the ability to read part IDs (barcode, DMC, DPM) as well as a new PC software for analysis, documentation and Q-DAS export of measurement data.
