Vacom cleanFAB offers solutions for extremely high component cleanliness in industrial fine, ultrafine and ultra-fine cleaning. On a cleanroom area of 2780 square metres, components are prepared in the process chain for use in the Ultra Clean Vacuum (UCV). In order to better standardise the purity requirements of components and assemblies, a special classification was developed: the Vacom Purity Classes. Customers benefit from the processability of a wide variety of materials and component geometries, as well as a unique technology mix for optimal processes.
