Although parts2clean is not scheduled to take place again until more than 12 months from now (24 – 26 October, Stuttgart), the Leading International Trade Fair for Industrial Parts and Surface Cleaning is already taking shape. Approximately 70 exhibitors had already registered for the next event during or shortly after the last parts2clean in June, 2016. Even at this early stage more than 3,000 square metres of display space – half the entire area occupied by the event – had been booked. parts2clean has been moved back to the autumn at the specific request of the exhibitors. Halls 3 and 5 will then focus on products and solutions for industrial cleaning.

At present the organizers of parts2clean are planning various display formats. "There are numerous exciting new topics", explains Olaf Daebler, Director of parts2clean at Deutschen Messe AG. "Deburring, contract cleaning, precision and cleanroom technology, cleaning processes in the production of electronics, as well as container and workpiece cleaning are all areas which have a lot of potential and will enable us to further build on the scope and reputation of parts2clean as the world’s biggest platform for new business in the industrial cleaning technology sector."

New developments and solutions in cleaning technology continue to attract huge interest, as can be seen from the visitor statistics for parts2clean 2016. Clean parts and processes are of special importance in mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry, metalworking and surface treatment. However parts2clean also traditionally attracts many decision-makers from precision engineering, optics, plastics processing, as well as from the chemical, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. Interest in cleaning plant and media for wet processing and special procedures is especially keen. Professional visitors also often focus their attention on keynote themes such as quality assurance, corrosion protection and conservation, as well as clean room technology and clean room systems.
