The FiT (Industrial Parts Cleaning Association) presents itself at parts2clean
At the FiT (Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V.) stand, visitors of parts2clean were able to find out all about parts cleaning and the trade association. The highlight of the presentation was the award ceremony for the 4th FiT2clean Award on Thursday.
Fit2clean Award
The "FiT2clean Award", initiated by the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association and awarded with EUR 10,000 and a year of free FiT membership, is aimed at suppliers and users in the field of industrial parts cleaning. It is awarded annually for outstanding achievements and solutions to a current challenge in industrial parts cleaning.
A review of the last awards
FiT2clean Award 2025
The FiT2clean Award 2025 went to BO-INNO GmbH for its smart data tracker for real-time recording and storage of relevant process parameters. BO-INNO GmbH won out over fellow finalists Nägele Mechanik GmbH and SAFECHEM.
FiT2clean Award 2024
In 2024 the award goes to PartikelART Solution GmbH, represented by Managing Director Dr.-Ing Ronny Zwinkau, for the development of an AI-based app for quick and easy particle analysis using a smartphone.
FiT2clean Award 2023
The 2023 award was given to intelligent fluids GmbH, represented by Dr. Alexander Breul, with a concept for phase fluids to replace conventional solvents in a variety of industrial cleaning applications.
FiT2clean Award 2022
The 2022 award was given to the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA) represented by Dr. Markus Rochowicz with the ABC solution, which uses flammable butane gas as a cleaning medium.
