The ContaminationTest Module CTM 1000 is a flexible modular system for testing the technical cleanliness of components in accordance with VDA 19 and ISO 16232. By combining the central supply module with individually selectable extraction modules, the system can be optimally adapted to different extraction methods and component sizes.
The solid particle contamination is thereby dedusted from the component surface through wet sampling and conveyed per diaphragm to a later evaluation.
The CTM series consists of several modules:
• Supply module CTM-SC: Takes over the fluid supply, control and data storage of all connected extraction modules.
• CTM-EB extraction modules: For the actual component inspection - different variants are available depending on the size and extraction method. A total of four extraction types are possible.
• Fluid Analyzer CTM-FA: This module enables the flushing extraction method.
Please note that the CTM-EB and CTM-FA extraction modules can only be operated in conjunction with the supply module.
With this modular design, the CTM 1000 offers maximum flexibility and efficiency in the standard-compliant residual contamination analysis of a wide range of components.
