An example from electronics manufacturing: In SMD printing technology, our specially developed non-woven rolls clean the stencils between printing operations. The underside of the stencil is cleaned using an elongated non-woven roll that is unwound to the length of the stencil. A vacuum bar sucks the solder paste residues from the apertures of the stencil into the cloth – for clean, precise assembly of printed circuit boards and a reduction in misprints.
In the automotive industry, for example, our narrow, durable non-woven rolls are used in robots along production lines. They remove dried adhesive from the dispenser by wiping it off, so that the devices remain ready for use at all times.
