Make particles visible: UV + white light
Particles on surfaces are usually difficult to see. Fluorescent particles become visible to the naked eye with our particle visualisation lamps (PVL). The PVL enables easy monitoring of visible contamination in cleanrooms and optimisation of cleaning processes without the use of measuring instruments.
With our PVL-2 and PVL-3M visualisation lamps, fluorescent particles become visible on a wide range of different surfaces: e.g. on ceilings, walls and floors, as well as on wipes and cleanroom garments – the darker the environment, the better smaller particles can be detected.
With the help of white light, even non-fluorescent particles, e.g. from metal, glass and rubber, can be made visible when illuminated flat on the surface (grazing light). Depending on the application, damage such as scratches or hairline cracks on surfaces can also be seen.
With the help of the attachable light guide, even hard-to-see areas can be well illuminated by means of targeted light angles.
With the advanced PVL-3M, the white or UV light function can be controlled in a single lamp with a simple rotary movement. The PVL-2 is still available as white light or UV light.
