Premium 50 is a new manual cleaning cloth based on polyester and polyamide from Vliesstoff Kasper. It consists of split, wafer-thin continuous polyester and polyamide fibres, which are interwoven without any chemical additives or binding agents.
This results in optimum cleaning properties: The surface texture of Premium 50 is soft and smooth, so that no scratches occur even on painted surfaces. At the same time, due to the multiple splitting of the fibres, it has a large surface area that can absorb and directly bind even the finest particles. Dust, nanoparticles and other contaminants can therefore be removed quickly and effectively. The use of continuous fibres means that no fibres are released either during use or when the cloth is washed.
It is ideal for all polishing applications, cleaning glass, mirrors, plastic surfaces, stainless steel as well as sensitive surfaces such as displays, nano-coatings and even painted surfaces. Premium 50 therefore has a very wide range of applications, from car care to paint work, the printing industry, the electronics industry, opticians, building cleaning, catering and many more.
The cloth is very easy to use: loose dirt such as dust can be easily removed with the dry cloth, for more stubborn dirt such as oil and grease, use the cloth damp. As the continuous fibres have been bonded purely mechanically, solvent-based cleaners can also be used without any problems if required. As there are no binding agents, no fibres can be detached and the cloth remains dimensionally stable and lint-free.
The cloth can be washed at 60 degrees and is therefore reusable.
