The SOLVACS 3S cleaning and degreasing system is suitable for efficiently cleaning a wide range of components with hydrocarbons or modified alcohols from a flash point of over 55 °C, as well as with aqueous cleaning media.
The system impresses with its outstanding efficiency and extremely short cleaning cycles. The process sequences within the individual work chambers can be flexibly and precisely adapted to the requirements of the respective application. For example, it is possible to operate all chambers with identical cleaning processes or to divide them into different process steps: Chamber 1 can be used for pre-cleaning, chamber 2 for ultra-fine cleaning and chamber 3 for preserving the components. In addition, the system can easily be expanded to include hybrid processes in which both solvent and aqueous cleaning processes are used. This guarantees maximum versatility and process reliability for a wide range of cleaning requirements in industrial environments.
