The SOLVACS SD cleaning and degreasing system is suitable for efficiently cleaning a wide range of components with hydrocarbons or modified alcohols from a flash point of over 55 °C as well as with aqueous cleaning media.
The SOLVACS SD cleaning and degreasing system is designed as a highly developed continuous flow system and features two separately operable working chamber doors, which enable the simultaneous loading and unloading process. This innovative design allows the work chamber to be loaded efficiently via an entry opening and unloaded simultaneously via a separate exit opening. This minimizes downtimes and ensures a continuous material flow in the production process.
Particularly noteworthy is the high degree of flexibility with regard to the batch sizes and product carrier combinations that can be realized. The system therefore offers optimum adaptability to a wide range of requirements and supports a variety of component geometries and materials. Short and powerful cleaning cycles ensure reliable and economical component cleaning at the highest technical level.
