What problem does your product solve? What is new/innovative about it? Does the product have a USP? If yes, what is it?
It is a modular concept for high-purity tasks with high cleanliness requirements and thus high demands on process management. In addition to the known cleaning processes (ultrasound, cyclic nucleation), it also includes the necessary drying processes that correspond to the higher level of requirements.

The PowerJet Ultra can also be integrated directly into a digital process monitoring. On the one hand, to control the internal procedural processes of the machine itself and to record and evaluate quality data via a master computer or a cloud solution.

What is the product’s main benefit for the customer?
A process management that meets the requirements as well as shortened and comprehensible process management for ultra-fine cleaning.

How can your product contribute to industrial transformation?
The current LPW product portfolio represents part of the industrial transformation that the company has been able to support and help shape in a wide variety of industries and fields of activity over the past 10 years.

Are there any other important points that you can think of?
The product is part of the realignment of LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH to become a service provider for process management under the aspect of technical cleanliness. In addition to customer-specific machine building for high and highest cleanliness requirements, the company offers process chain-related application engineering for the implementation and optimization of suitable processes and sub-processes.

What are your favorite target groups for this product?
In addition to the classic high-purity industries (e.g. vacuum / laser technology, optical industry, medical technology, etc.), the focus is of course on the requirements of the new processes in the automotive industry (e.g. e-mobility, fuel cell, sensor technology) as well as on the broad field of new ones coating, lubrication and manufacturing processes (e.g. Additive Manufactoring)
